Tokyo Food Styles — Terms of Use

Last Updated: January 1, 2026

Welcome to Tokyo Food Styles Los Angeles 2026 (“Tokyo Food Styles”, “the Book”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Tokyo Food Styles Dining Book and any related website or services operated by Sharenet Corporation dba Seeknet USA, located at 1820 W Carson St., Suite 223, Torrance, CA 90501.

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Book or our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Overview of the Service

Tokyo Food Styles Los Angeles 2026 is a physical dining book that provides discount privileges at selected Japanese restaurants in the Greater Los Angeles area.

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • “Book” means the 2026 edition of Tokyo Food Styles Los Angeles, in physical printed form.

  • “Website” means any website or online page operated by Seeknet USA in connection with Tokyo Food Styles.

  • “User” or “you” means any person who purchases, holds, or uses the Book, or accesses the Website.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on the Website. Your continued use of the Services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Services are intended for individuals 13 years of age or older. If you are under the age of majority where you reside, you must have your parent or legal guardian review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

2. Use of the Book

By purchasing or using the Book, you agree to comply with these Terms and with the How It Works rules published on our Website and/or in the Book. In the event of any inconsistency, these Terms will prevail.

2.1 Eligibility and Table Policy

  • The Book may be used regardless of party size; solo dining is permitted.

  • Only one Book (one voucher) may be used per group.

  • Offers may not be combined with:

  • other coupons or discounts

  • set menus or prix fixe menus, unless the restaurant allows it

  • holiday or special-event promotions, at the restaurant’s discretion.

Each restaurant may impose its own internal rules or limitations on how the discount is applied, provided that such rules are consistent with these Terms.

2.2 Reservation and Presentation

Seeknet USA does not handle restaurant reservations. All reservations must be made directly with the restaurant.

To redeem a voucher, you must:

  • Inform the restaurant at the time of reservation that you intend to use a Tokyo Food Styles voucher; and

  • Bring the physical Book with you; and

  • If you visit without a reservation (walk-in), notify the restaurant upon arrival and before ordering that you intend to use a voucher.

Participating restaurants may limit or decline voucher redemptions:

  • during busy periods (e.g., weekends or peak hours)

  • on public holidays or special events

  • or when operationally constrained.

We recommend making reservations at least 48 hours in advance.

2.3 $30 Discount Offer

Each voucher in the Book provides the following benefit at the corresponding restaurant:

  • An up to $30 (thirty dollars) discount on your bill,

  • When your pre-tax, pre-tip total is at least $150 (one hundred fifty dollars).

Additional conditions:

  • The discount is applied to the overall bill, not to a specific dish, unless the restaurant chooses to apply it in a particular way.

  • The precise method for applying the discount (for example, item-based credit or bill reduction) follows each restaurant’s internal policy and discretion, provided that the total discount does not exceed $30.

  • Only one voucher per group may be redeemed per visit.

If you are unsure how the discount will be applied, you are responsible for confirming with the restaurant before ordering.

2.4 Voucher Validation and Integrity

When you redeem a voucher:

  • The restaurant will record the date and place a signature, stamp, or other visible mark on the relevant voucher page.

  • Once marked, the voucher is considered redeemed and cannot be used again.

To preserve program integrity:

  • Vouchers that are torn out, removed, altered, destroyed, or illegible are invalid.

  • Only original, officially issued Tokyo Food Styles Books will be honored.

  • Lost or stolen Books will not be replaced.

3. Validity Period and Restaurant Participation

  • The Book is valid from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026.

  • All vouchers expire at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2026, and cannot be carried forward.

Restaurant participation is subject to change. Seeknet USA does not guarantee that any specific restaurant will:

  • remain open

  • remain under the same ownership

  • continue participation for the entire validity period

  • or honor the offer in circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

If a restaurant closes, changes concept or ownership, withdraws from the program, or is otherwise unable or unwilling to honor the voucher, no refund or replacement will be provided by Seeknet USA.

4. Role of Seeknet USA and Restaurant Responsibility

Seeknet USA’s role is to curate and publish the Book and to operate the associated Website. Seeknet USA:

  • does not own or operate the participating restaurants

  • does not control their menus, pricing, staffing, or reservation practices

  • does not warrant the quality, safety, or suitability of any food, beverages, or services.

Each restaurant is solely responsible for:

  • the preparation and service of food and beverages

  • compliance with all applicable health, safety, alcohol, and other regulations

  • communication with customers, including reservation acceptance or refusal

  • handling in-store complaints and issues related to the dining experience.

If you have a complaint about food quality, service, or in-restaurant treatment, your primary recourse is with the restaurant. You are encouraged to inform Seeknet USA of serious issues so that we may review participation, but Seeknet USA cannot compel a restaurant to honor or extend an offer.

5. Purchases, All Sales Final, and Refund Policy

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Book, the Website, and all related Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Any reliance on the Book or Website information is at your own risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions; in such cases, our warranties are limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Seeknet USA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any:

  • indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  • lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of goodwill

  • damages arising from restaurant closures, changes, or refusal to honor a voucher

  • damages related to your use of or inability to use the Book or Website.

In any case where liability cannot be excluded, Seeknet USA’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Book or the Services will be limited to the amount you paid for the Book.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (for example, restaurant sites or social media pages). These links are provided for convenience only.

Seeknet USA does not:

  • control or endorse third-party sites

Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk, and any disputes arising from such use are solely between you and the third party.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

To help manage and resolve disputes efficiently:

  • These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Book or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

To the extent permitted by law:

  • You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and Seeknet USA arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Book, or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Los Angeles County, California, in English.

  • You and Seeknet USA waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California, where necessary to protect its rights pending arbitration.

If mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require a different forum or process, those provisions will prevail to the extent they cannot be waived by contract.
