Thank you for your purchase of the Tokyo Food Styles Los Angeles 2026 Dining Book (the “Book”). Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

This policy applies to all purchases made through our website operated by Sharenet Corporation dba Seeknet USA.

General Policy – All Sales Final
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales of the Book are final.

Because the Book is a time-limited, physical dining publication that provides access to promotional offers valid through a fixed period, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

change of mind

If the issue is verified, and at our discretion, we may provide a replacement Book or another appropriate remedy as permitted by law. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be issued where legally required.

We are not responsible for:

damage, loss, or theft occurring after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier
issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you
normal wear and tear or damage resulting from handling after delivery

Returns Without Authorization
Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

If a return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping labels will only be provided if required by law or explicitly approved by us.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

sale items
gift cards
Books that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or are missing pages due to user handling
Books reported as lost or stolen

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.

If a replacement is approved due to a verified defect or shipping damage, it will be handled as described in the Defective or Damaged Items section above.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your Book is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing a reason, as required by EU consumer protection law.

To be eligible for cancellation under this provision:

the Book must be unused
the Book must be in its original condition
you must provide proof of purchase

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved or required by law, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
