Shipping and Return Policy 

The following policy outlines the distribution, delivery, and return terms for the Tokyo Food Styles Los Angeles campaign booklets and related promotional materials (collectively, the "Materials") provided by Seeknet USA. 

1. Processing Time 

• Orders for Materials will generally begin processing within 1–3 business days after Seeknet USA sends the order confirmation email. 
• If the Materials are in stock, they will typically be shipped within 2–4 business days after the order is confirmed. 

2. Delivery Time 

• Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. 
• For deliveries within California, please allow 2–4 business days after dispatch. 
• Delivery times are estimates only. Seeknet USA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. 

3. Shipment Tracking 

• Once the Materials have been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be provided. 
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. 
• If you do not receive the tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us. 

4. Missing or Delayed Shipments 

• If the Materials have not arrived within 7 business days after you receive your shipping notification, please contact us with your order number and business name. 
• If the tracking status indicates "Delivered" but the Materials were not received, you must notify Seeknet USA within 14 calendar days of the recorded delivery date. Reports submitted after 14 days may not qualify for replacement or compensation. 

5. Returns and Exchanges 

• All shipments are final and non-returnable. 
• Exceptions may be considered only in cases of damaged or defective Materials. 
• For damaged or defective Materials, please email us within 5 business days of receipt with: 
– Order Number 
– Business Name 
– Photos clearly showing the damage or defect 
• If a return or replacement is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the returned Materials are received by Seeknet USA. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after inspection is completed.
